In this case, it would need to be registered and authorized in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union before it can be sold in the European Union. As long as this has not happened, the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union prohibits the sale of Hemponade in its current mixture for all member states in the EU.
